The Good Food Institute: Executive Assistant to the Executive Director

The Executive Assistant to the Executive Director (DC) will provide high-level project execution and administrative support to the Executive Director and other GFI team members. The Executive Assistant to the Executive Director (DC) will be responsible for:

  • Managing and supporting the Executive Director’s schedule by maintaining and tracking appointments, booking travel arrangements, scheduling and confirming meetings, and managing the general calendar.

  • Coordinating select human resources-related activities, including providing support to the hiring team in managing internal interview processes and supporting the Operations team with retreat and special event planning needs.

    The Good Food Institute: Communications Assistant

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative and project support for the Communications Department. The Communications Assistant will be responsible for:

    • Providing administrative support, including expense reports, check requests, travel planning, and scheduling meetings.

    • Providing project management support (developing and maintaining documents, including timelines and calendars, meeting notes and call reports, and managing and scheduling projects in Asana and Google environments).

    • Assisting with events, including GFI’s annual conference, and supporting GFI’s participation in third-party events (webinars, conferences, trade shows).
