The Business Analyst (BA) role is part of the NICE Performance Management (NPM) solution Service Delivery team. As a member of a software project implementation team, the BA plays a key role and will gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for application feature configuration. The BA will also implement customer requirements using NICE’s Performance Management solution.
